An opportunity to connect with ourselves through beauty, self-recognition, acceptance and empowerment; Explore nutrition as a major tool for beauty, applying the foods we eat to homemade beauty products. Meet other women who have our same concerns and do natural networking.
This intensive work will take place in Clave Verde Hotel Boutique -Ecolodge in a retreat of a weekend, in a place of special natural beauty, where we can dedicate quality and well deserved time to ourselves.
We often find ourselves following beauty canons that have nothing to do with us, routines and concepts that do not necessarily fit our lifestyle and that have simply become the fastest but not necessarily healthiest option. It is time to find more sustainable solutions and take advantage of the endless resources that nature offers us to keep us beautiful. Often the solution is right in our hands!
This workshop will be led by Patricia Grassals, who will teach us to take advantage of the things we have on hand to design natural products for the care and beauty of our hair and skin, with very simple techniques to find our own style and maximize it. With the participation of Noemí Araujo Martínez, manager / owner of Clave Verde Hotel Boutique Ecolodge, social communicator and happily empowered of her Afro-Caribbean identity for more than twenty-five years.
